On June 2, several hikers entered an undeveloped mountainous area of Zhangshiyan without permission for exploration. During the trip, one of them became trapped by the complex terrain and was unable to get out, then immediately called for rescue.
Scenic area staff, together with the Zhangshiyan Police Station, quickly arrived at the scene. Relying on careful search efforts in the mountainous environment, they successfully found the trapped hiker and safely escorted the person down the mountain.
On-site staff and police officers also carried out safety education and guidance. Warm reminder: the undeveloped wild mountain areas outside the scenic zone have not been opened for tourism. The mountain roads are rugged, with no route network or protective facilities, and dangers such as falls from cliffs, getting lost, and falling rocks may easily occur. Outdoor enthusiasts are reminded to avoid risky off-trail climbing and choose official sightseeing routes for travel.
